The popular Avant Garde Exclusive boutique can now be found under a new name at Waldstrasse 42, south of the store
For over 30 years, Avant Garde Exclusive has been a Karlsruhe address for exclusive and trend-conscious women's fashion, inspiring outfit combinations and matching accessories. On February 15, 2025, the two owners Erien and Jürgen Pscheidt celebrated the grand reopening of their new location at Waldstraße 42 in the south of the city with their exclusive range and unique feel-good atmosphere.
Sporty yet elegant outfit combinations at CEPAKA in Karlsruhe
In the newly opened store, the two owners have once again shown that the customer is queen: With them, the customer is queen: lovingly arranged display areas, outfit combinations perfectly staged, a large changing area, pleasant lighting - a real feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed here. "We have also opted for a new name: CEPAKA@Avant Garde Exclusive. CEPAKA is a type of magnolia that grows in Bali. So I have brought a piece of my homeland into my boutique," reveals Erien Pscheidt.
Selected pieces that can be perfectly combined with each other and give the wearer a sporty yet elegant look - that is what characterizes CEPAKA@Avant Garde Exclusive. "We always consciously buy our range by color. This gives our customers the opportunity to put together a complete outfit and combine them with each other," says Jürgen Pscheidt. Brands such as

are also part of the women's boutique range and the designers Beate Heymann and Sabine Sommeregger also have a permanent place. The special feature of the store: "We only ever have each item in one size, which of course also makes it exclusive," says Jürgen Pscheidt. "We have a seamstress who can adapt the desired outfit to the customer at any time if the desired size is already out of stock," he adds.
Jewelry, its own bag collection and a beautiful courtyard as the heart of CEPAKA
"We have fashion for every budget and, of course, every taste. From classic-elegant to sporty-modern, we have numerous outfit inspirations," explains the owner. Matching accessories such as jewelry from Coeur de Lion and Thomas Sabo, scarves, belts and, of course, selected shoes round off the look.
A special highlight are the bags from DEJOSI to the boutique. "I design the bags myself. They are then made from leather, bamboo, rattan or canvas. Special requests such as colors or sizes can also be taken into account," says owner Erien Pscheidt. Shopping for the latest trends and discovering exclusive items of clothing is a real shopping experience here thanks to the experienced staff and the relaxed atmosphere.
The new centerpiece of the store is its own courtyard: CEPAKA Garden. "We will also plant the Balinese magnolia here and use this courtyard for our events and fashion shows," explains Erien.
The next fashion show will take place on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
At this year's Festival of the Senses on May 3 and 4, the two owners are looking forward to treating the people of Karlsruhe to a special Bali Weekend. Balinese dances, a book presentation and a batik course will be held in the new store.
