For Mario Aliberti, 5 SEN:SES is the realization of a lifelong dream—after making a name for himself in numerous top-tier restaurants over the past few years, he has now seized the opportunity to bring his own culinary vision to life in his hometown of Karlsruhe, at the former Trattoria Toscana. “I love Karlsruhe and want to give something back to the people of Karlsruhe,” he explains. With 5 SEN:SES, Mario Aliberti wanted to create a place that appeals to all the senses and takes guests on a culinary journey of discovery to his native Italy. And he has definitely succeeded. "I'm always developing new creations and focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients, natural flavors and lots of taste. But we always eat with the eye, so the presentation of the food is very important to us and appeals to the senses at the same time," says Aliberti.
