"I love Karlsruhe and want to give something back to the people of Karlsruhe," he explains. With 5 SEN:SES, Mario Aliberti wanted to create a place that touches all the senses and takes you on a culinary journey of pleasure to his native Italy. And he has definitely succeeded. You can feel the Italian hospitality as soon as you enter, the elegant lounge atmosphere with pleasant music creates a feel-good ambience and the menu conjures up an experience for guests' taste buds and eyes.

"I'm always developing new creations and focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients, natural flavors and lots of taste. But we always eat with the eye, so the presentation of the food is very important to us and appeals to the senses at the same time," says Aliberti.
