RetroGames e.V. hosts Germany’s oldest public exhibition of video game machines at the “die Kulturdose” art and culture center in Karlsruhe-Bulach. In addition to classic arcade machines from the 1970s and 1980s, such as Donkey Kong and Pac-Man, the exhibition also features pinball machines, home computers, and video game consoles. Over 100 fully functional exhibits in the permanent exhibition bring 50 years of video game history to life, because in this interactive museum, the rule is: “Touching is expressly allowed!” A visit to RetroGames e.V. is great fun for the whole family and a journey through the technological history of video games!
